*This study highlights a Weston A. Price model of diet, which focuses on traditional foods. While the study is heavy on a balanced diet, which includes an array of fruits and vegetables, it also will go through the benefits of raw dairy and healthily raised meat and eggs. The study will still be beneficial for plant-based families, but you may need to skip some sections that don’t align with your views or standards.
