Just had to come on and have a bit of a brag session. Jason and I thought we lucked out on Carter--he always loved his sleep, was a very easy baby, and thank God, had no problems with the car seat. We do lots of road trips and not once did we have a screaming baby as background noise. Side note: We love road trips specifically for the one-on-one talk time, so a screaming baby does not fit into that equation.
Anyway, Everett has pulled through as the same if not easier baby. No joke. We went to Sonora this past weekend--our third road trip since he was born. Not a peep there, not a peep back. Same with Carter (well, there was "peeping", but no whining!). We stayed at Bobbi and Chad's place. Both boys slept well, and were well-behaved, allowing Jason and I an actual vacation! Carter had so much fun with the boys and his other friends, and, well, Everett was either sleeping or smiling, so he wasn't much of a hassle. Boy am I grateful for these two.
Carter and Kuper:

Love this shot! Kupes is such the mountain boy, and my little city kid didn't even like the mud. What's up with that?
