Hand-Me-Downtown

The Gigi took the boys today for her weekly Friday Relief Day. It's all in the title. If you are a stay-at-home-mom, you know as well as I do that by Friday (that is if your hubby has a standard Mon-Fri job), you are getting a bit agitated with the kids, the kids are a bit tired of you...so this Friday Relief stuff works.
Honey stayed home with me. We napped. We ate. It was pleasant.
I really wanted to catch Honey in this outfit as it has been worn by both her cousins, Estella and Taylor. I get all nostalgic with hand-me-downs...something about knowing who was in them and that they were at one point this small:
Daddy Mock, yet again, made a comment about an outfit (this will be interesting, having a girl and a Daddy who pays attention to such things!)... he walked in from work, looked at his daughter and exclaimed, "look at my little doily!".
Hmmn. It brought back memories, you see, not great ones, I should add. When he found out that my wedding dress was all lace, he said, "oh, you'll look just like a doily!"...nothing a woman wants to be associated with on her wedding day.
Round.
Paper.
Cheap.
Like I said, nothing one would want to be associated with.

Are you getting sick of seeing photos of little Honey G yet? My apologies. I just can't help it!
