Judging by my patience level with the boys, one would think that it's Friday, except that it's Tuesday. Be it the tattletaling, the copycating, the antagonizing (Bee has learned the art of pushing Kid's buttons, unfortunately) or the waking early, this Mommy is shot!
Judging by the boredom with any activity I introduce, one would think that it's Friday, except that it's Tuesday. We have done pillow fighting, pirate play, outdoor play, walked to the park, basketball, quiet time, rest time, video time, creating a city with chalk (including a skate park, of course), and currently solo time. And what do I hear across the hall? "Mommy we're done with solo time!"...bored.

Judging by my lack of patience for this coming weekend, one would think that it's Friday, except that it's Tuesday. That's right, Honey Girl and I are hosting my bestest of friends for a girls weekend! No boys (except for Honey G's betrothed buddy Kruz). We haven't done this in a very long time. Even Honey Girl expresses excitement over this!
Yes, it's an off day. We're cranky, we're feeling cooped up, and we're bored. We've had a long day and we're hoping that tomorrow brings Friday, oh, wait, except that it's Tuesday.
