We've been watching How to Train Your Dragon. Can you tell?

Lots of dragon play lately. Lots of being cozy and construcing Legos. Lots of Christmas snacking, sipping coffee and hanging out with friends. Not a lot of blogging, not a lot of "doing".

Today was the first day in weeks we had weather that we could spend longer than thirty minutes outside. It felt great. Although the sun came in and out, the kids were able to be my outdoor kids that I have been fearing would prefer hibernating over exploring. They're still there. They're still jumping and hiding and falling in mud puddles.

They are still red nosed. They still put their boots on backwards.

This year, Christmas has been more exciting than ever, with the ages that they are. It's a really special time. We're over abundant with joy, gratefulness, warmth, and love.

God is good.
