Well, the inevitable has happened. I have been prolonging it for so long, but I just can't hold it off any more... Everett has dropped his evening nap. Siiiigh. Why is that such a bad thing, you ask? Welllll, let me just tell you.
*It eliminates my nice, hard-earned chunk of "me" time by having both boys nap together (1-3pm). When I say "me", part of that does include the selfish activities (internet, reading, etc.), but mostly just allows me to clean, organize, prepare dinner for the evening.
*It bars me up in my house for hours upon hours. Case and point:
-get back from the morning run, get both boys fed, dressed, shower, etc.
-Everett naps (until 11:30am)
-Carter eats lunch (12pm)
-Carter naps (1pm)
-Everett eats lunch (2pm)
-Everett naps (3pm)
-Carter wakes (3pm)
-Everett wakes (4:30pm)
Are you kidding me? That means I'm housebound from morning until 4:30pm! Isn't dinner right around the corner by that time? Hmpf!
So, as I begin the adventure of "schedule tweaking", send prayers and wish me luck and I am not sure how I'm going to do this every day!
