This special little girl moved down to Southern California a few months ago and her mom happens to be one of my best friends, so no better time to practice!

She also just happened to be born in my bathroom back in our home in Tuolumne, so the bond runs deep (just in case you wanted to know, it was a beautiful home birth with exactly 18 friends and family members watching--Go Beth!).

I have been working at being able to "shoot" in direct sunlight and 1pm is pretty much the worst time to shoot outside as a novice... but, plenty pictures came out okay-enough, not to mention I got to hang out with Gwenny and Beth, so it was considered all joy! Love you girls!
