SAP

We've been sticking to our Stay and Play days (SAP). It's been over six months now of a consistent plan to stay at home once a week, and I have to say, we all enjoy it.
The boys are in a bit of a combined, tag-team, meltdown stage. I can't even begin counting the parenting techniques, "happy hearts", and different forms of discipline I've used on these guys this week. It's been exhausting. But a SAP day seems to be what they both needed as we were really able to focus on each situation and handle it accordingly.
I also seem to learn the most about my kids when we're grounded for twenty-four hours straight.

Today's findings?
-Baby Bee can make a basket in the basketball hoop. Seems he's taking the same strides as Kid as a sports phenom! Did I mention he can swing a golf club too?
-Kid has magically perfected his overhead swing (tennis).
-Speaking of, a laundry line can also be used as a tennis net, didn't you know?
-Kid finally likes popcorn.
-I went all day without washing so much as my face unnoticed (until I smelled my pits in prenatal yoga this evening--then I noticed).
-Bee is interested in going potty in the toilet!
On that note, have a SAPpy rest of the week!
