You Know You're Nesting When:
-You rearrange your hall closet because it just didn't "feel right"
-You alphabetize your spices (and clean the outsides thoroughly of all spice dust)
-You don't buy more than what fits perfectly in your small pantry as stacking at this state is unacceptable
-Your toilet paper is always stacked in threes in all the bathroom cabinets of the house, just to be prepared
-You realize you spent the whole day organizing your husband's work bench, car wash supplies, and sports paraphernalia
-You have an obsession with labeling EVERYTHING (via Word Doc, of course, handwritten is not appreciated at this time)
-Your projects expand throughout the entire household, not just the impending nursery
-All baby gear including strollers, car seats, and toys must remain crumb-free
-If your vehicle is even remotely dusty and/or has trash in even one of the doors, your stomach is immediately uneasy
-Your husband gives "the look" when even discussing a new project that potentially includes his help and or his babysitting services
-Daily basics such as showering (or washing in my case), changing out of work-out wear, keeping children clean, keeping children fed, blogging, photographing and feeding oneself goes unnoticed, unvisited, and completely neglected
-An intense desire to change out all matted and framed photos in the house arises
-Just about anything in the home needs to and will be changed
It's that bad.
Cheers to getting it done, though.
