When I saw these flannel fabrics at JoAnne's a few weeks ago for $2.50/ yard, I knew I had to grab a yard of each!

Then I happen to find this crocheted edging... even though it cost a bit more than the fabric, I had to get it. What a perfectly vintage finish to a soft blankie!

So under $12 and in one allotted nap-time break, this girliest of girliest blanket was born.

Now we just wait for the girl to be wrapped in it!
