Weekend Stats

Bike Ride
Attitude: Started great, ended in misery.
Length: Approximately a mile too long. Kid seems to cap out at 2 miles.
Weather: Cold, but refreshing. Fall leaves still intact. A portion of country is good for the soul.

Spectacular Sunset
Attitude: Grateful, yet feeling cheated. Oh, how I loathe the long evenings of winter.
Setting: So what if it's over Target, it's still beautiful, still created by God. At least it's not over Wal-Mart.
Regrets: Husband wasn't here to make out with when capturing it's beauty. Darn.
Christmas Parade
Attitude: Just right!
Attending: A good group of friends. Nursing babies, excited kiddos, and a large uterus in tow.
Contents: The usual evening parade must-haves: Pizza and hot cocoa (must mention Bee downed FIVE pieces of pizza--I think that's a record for anyone in the family, including six-foot-four Uncle Jakey).

Not Pictured
-A very much needed girls' night, complete with many delicious appetizers, desserts and homemade hot apple cider.
-A dropping baby. That's right, Scarlett has dropped! My first and only baby to actually do what nature intended! Did I mention after the major upheaval I created at Kaiser, I have officially been granted a VBAC (after two c-sections...in California, that's a miracle!)?
-Lots of family time, projects, and photo shoots.
-Three guys sleeping, one Momma who seems to have caught the "final weeks" adrenaline bug.
