I mentioned before, in one day you can be at the warm beaches in California and the next day return home to the mountains and see this:
What lucky kids to be able to feel the sand in their toes on one day and taste the cold powdered ice in their mouths on the next!
We have returned home to a record breaking storm. Never before have we received snow this early. It sure does make things festive, though, and I can say we're taking full advantage of holiday food around here.
That reminds me, at some point I'll post the sprouted pumpkin pancake recipe that we've been savoring.

On a different note, remember the ballerina overalls I refashioned for little Miss? Waaaay back then? Anyway, they traveled on to a blog friend when her precious little Hazel was born.
Raechel, over at Finding My Feet, decided to give them purpose yet again and allow them to travel. She took the time to write up a lovely little story for the pants and where they are to go next.
I have to admit, I'm not much of a blog reader, but Raechel's blog is on my list as I do enjoy her and marvel at all of her crafty goodness. Plus her kids are intensely cute, so it's a treat to look at too. :-) Go over and check out the journey of Honey's Pants and watch them travel!
