In Renovation.
The garage conversion has started. I have lumber, a large air compressor, storage items, and tools galore taking over our front entry area.
Breathing deep.
Naturally the boys are loving it and all of the dangerous opportunities that go along with it. Everett is quite attached to anything that can cause a loss of an arm or a major concussion. Kid is interested in the design of it all.
It's a challenge.
Our goal is to pay for little to no labor, and do it all ourselves and with the help of handy friends and family.
I'm hoping my nesting will kick in soon. Somehow the desire to take on another project is much weaker than it usually is.
That being said, I just did go through all of my little girl clothes. It was an emotional parting.
Sigh.
More blue, brown, and grey coming this way. Double sigh. Let me defend my sighs by saying, I am overjoyed to have more boys, I'm just not as excited about their wardrobe. Once you go ruffles, pink, and vintage lace, it's hard to get back to the boy basics. I suppose I can just give up entirely and let them wear work clothes like Kid's outfit above.
Don't forget about the giveaway...I just adore her stuff!
