I now know why they came up with the term "Sugar and Spice"... she has plenty of both.
She's the most daring of my kids. The most sweet and cuddly, the most argumentative, and the most charming.
She wins over many, but is in her true form with her Momma. Spicy.
Lulu now refers to herself in the third person. Kid did the same thing. Although, instead of referring to "Scarlett", she prefers "Lulu, Lula, or Lulu Belle"... one day I will record the boys singing her the song that gave her those names. It will then make sense.
Such a Momma. As the preparation has begun for the twins, Lu pulls all of her dollies out and spends the day tucking them in the bouncers, holding them, feeding them, shhhhing them, bouncing them, singing to them...only time will tell what she thinks about her live brothers and all the time that goes into keeping them happy.
With this little package of Sugar and Spice, the verdict is unknown.
We're here. Yes. I wish I could be documenting a lot of what has been going on in the last few weeks, but when energy and ability are limited, the nesting takes priority!
We have a giant back hoe parked at our property. We're burning brush from the previous winter and prepping a spot for Grammy and Opa to establish a more comfortable residence in their "cozy coach"... Grammy will be much needed in the next few months as my house for these boys is rapidly expanding (reminder to post an update, because, for some reason people keep telling me I will regret not having photos of my twin belly!).
Until then!
