And so it begins! After soaking in "girl", I've been watching for fabrics that catch my eye, that may lead to the canvas of Scarlett's room... and the final two swatches:

How girly is that? Lover of yellow, orange, turquoise, and green, I was instantly drawn to these two retro-type fabrics... I knew I wanted pink involved somehow, but not in the "pretty in pink" kind of way. I'm excited to get this project started, and of course, all low budget, which means spray paint, thrift stores and lots of sewing.
