Nesting: Episode Gazillion and Eight

Trying to kill some time here at the Bee Hive.
What better way than to have a craft night with some girls? While they focused on sewing their gifts--the very useful car seat tent, I worked on the overdue snack bags that I've been meaning to replenish. Slowly I have lost a few and the others remaining have worked so hard, they show it. While putting together the boys' stash of simple whales and stars, I decided while I was at it to make some for Miss Scarlett... naturally, they included ruffles.
If you haven't jumped on the snack bag train, I highly advise it. It's taking over the nation, literally. Not only is it a viable action to go green, but they save a lot of money on those toxic ziplocs that you've been stuffing your kids' apple slices in.
Not crafty? No problem. Hop over to Melissa's shop. She sells non-bleached, very well made, and adorable snack bags. Trust me, once you snack bag it, you will never go back!
It will be some time before she's dipping her little fingers in these, but for now, I've got one packed in her hospital bag with a pacifier, some calendula soap, and some other little extra newborn essentials!
Thanks Isabel and Shaleen for such a good time crafting. It's much more fun when others are involved!
